Dansby records 7 tackles in Cardinals 23-13 win at San Fran Karlos captained a defense on Sunday that created five turnovers setting up the offense for 23 points. SAN FRANCISCO – Stuck in a halftime tie that shouldn’t have been, the Cardinals adjusted their offense Sunday to throw the ball more often. Then, after building a lead, they ran the ball, and ran, and ran some more, bleeding the clock. And when it was over, the Cards owned a 23-13 road win over the 49ers at Candlestick Park. It's the recurring question defensive coordinators and players have been asking during their ongoing adjustment to the league's biggest offseason rules change — the coach-to-defense radio communication system. "I say to Karlos after signaling in each play, 'Raise your hand if you can hear me,' " Pendergast says. READ MORE |
